I am a fire that was sprung⠀
From a dire virus in my lungs⠀
When my mind was overcome⠀
With #depression from the #pressure in my chest⠀
Restless in the dark⠀
I wrestled with the thought⠀
Of death ⠀
But it could never sever, nor lessen the measure of the spark⠀
And impressive potential ⠀
Pressed into every crevice of my heart ⠀
Into every dimension of my #spirit ⠀
Essential to embark, on a mission, to censor the senseless sentences they tell your vision⠀
On televisions⠀
And social media screens, #quarantining your #dreams⠀
I was born to destroy the horrid disease that seeped in the seams of society ⠀
When a couple men formed an #elitist regime⠀
And said “you'll need us, or breathe #toxic air”⠀
Their lies⠀
Filling our lives with #fear⠀
But their time is near ⠀
Because I control the narrative of my #soul, so my mind declares ⠀
That my body is stone⠀
Ascended from gravel⠀
And pits full of shrapnel⠀
My lips and my fists equipped with the ammo to end this pivotal #battle⠀
Against henchmen who live in the shadows with intentions to inflict our senses with shackles⠀
A deception to twist us to digital cattle⠀

It's time for us to rise and use our gifts to dismantle and ⠀
#Cancel a #culture of cancerous vultures ⠀
For which, I was given this mantle ⠀
And will never see defeat⠀
Nor cease⠀
So we could see...⠀
Believe... ⠀
That we are #free...⠀

A free You ⠀
A free Me ⠀
